Earlier this month, the Baxter County Library urged patrons to “Take It To The Limit” by checking out the maximum number of books possible from the library to help assist in the library’s moving process as they moved from the current location on West 7th Street in Mountain Home. Kim Crow Sheaner with the Baxter County Library spoke with Ozark Radio News and told us that not only would the program help with moving the books from one location to the other, but it would help break-in the new technology at the library:

She also told us that a small ceremony will be held at the current building just before close:

Edmonds has checked out more than 60,000 books since January 1998, when the library started keeping track. The new Donald W. Reynolds Public Library will open sometime mid-September.
